WE LOVE ILLUSTRATION!
This is the reason why we organise an illustration festival at the FH Duesseldorf, department of communication design. Supported by Prof. Uwe J. Reinhardt and the Design Redaktion.
The intention of "Swaarm Fest"
We want to invite people to come together, have fun, talk, share, work, show what they're doing, search for conversation, cooperation and fusion. They shall become friends, not in an academic business way, but in fluent exchange, experimental connection, getting in tough with new heroes, enjoying the time in a friendly atmosphere. We'll get new ideas, relaxed and enjoyable, eat and drink together.
Most important, of course, we'll be surrounded by a big amount of paper, pens and pencils. We'll be drawing, painting, sketching with many kinds of materials for two days, 09th to 10th of december 2011. And to be prepared for this exciting event, we warmly welcome Felix Scheinberger, Aisha Franz and Elisabeth Moch for a talk on december the 8.
